WCD Series - Configurable NEMA 4 Enclosed Panels for WDFC

WCD Worldwide Configured Drive Systems are UL compliant, assembled, tested and readied for operation prior to shipment, with base packages ready for quick delivery.  The WCD Series Configurable NEMA 4 Enclosed Panel for the WDFC features a heavy duty NEMA 4 enclosure for protection from outdoor environments, including windblown dust and rain, and the WorldDrive Flex Control variable frequency drive.

  • Base panel includes VFD keypad installed behind a NEMA 4 clear control door cover
  • 3 HP through 250HP with WDFC Flex Control VFD
  • 60 Second Overload ratings: 120% Normal Duty, 150% Heavy Duty
  • UL489 Main Circuit Breaker, with lockable disconnect mechanism
  • NEMA 4 Enclosure, positive pressure filtered forced air cooled with dual control thermostat, with NEMA 3R/4
  • Rain hoods with direct spray barrier ensuring a proper NEMA rating seal to the enclosure, galvanized back panel
  • Control transformer with CB protection
  • Available Options Include: On-Off-Auto Selector Switch; Speed Potentiometer; Start/Stop Pushbuttons; Hand-Off-Auto Selector Switch; Surge Suppression; SID7 Operator Interface; Panel Space Heater; Green Run Pilot Light; Amber Fault Pilot Light and Reset Pushbutton; White Drive Ready Pilot Light; 1.3A, 24VDC Power Supply for Loop Power.
