Our team of highly-qualified technical support associates will assist you with basic programming, troubleshooting, and emergency breakdown support during normal business hours on Monday through Friday from 8AM-7PM EST. In addition, after hours emergency breakdown support is available on weekdays from 7PM-8AM EST and on weekends and holidays. To address after hours emergencies, our dispatcher will forward your contact information to a technical support associate who will return your call within an hour. Due to licensing requirements, WorldWide Electric cannot assist with your field wiring.

After-Hours Shipping Service
WorldWide Electric provides an after-hours service number (1-800-808-2131) for the express purpose of supporting emergency product shipments. For a fee of $400.00, our sales team will coordinate the opening of a closed warehouse after-hours. The purpose of this service is to coordinate emergency product shipments to end users experiencing emergency plant shutdowns. Our service team members assist in product selection, warehouse opening, and scheduling of transportation services to support our customers.
Please refrain from using this after-hours call service to seek general product information or answers to general technical questions. Our team is happy to answer these types of questions during normal business hours from 8AM EST to 7PM EST.
