Important change regarding our relationship with Affiliated Distributors and its impact on our North American Electric brand products.
As of December 31, 2024, WorldWide Electric will be ending our sales of North American Electric products through Affiliated Distributors. We have valued serving our customers through this affiliation and look forward to continuing to provide high quality products and outstanding service on a direct basis. Rebates earned through the balance of the year will be paid as planned.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate your understanding. We want to assure you that we are committed to providing you with our best possible pricing directly at the time of your purchase. Please contact us to discuss specific product pricing.
We are dedicated to honoring our commitments and have integrated North American Electric’s products into our ERP system. Through the end of the year, you will continue to benefit from the A-D Net 30 payment terms for orders of NAE brand products, whether placed directly with us or through the A-D marketplace. Please note, however, that these terms will only apply to purchase orders containing North American Electric brand products. WWE brand products cannot be included in the same orders due to contract constraints.
